Hi. I'm working at an agent observability platform as well, so naturally, this is one of the things I've been thinking about a lot. I haven't checked or benchmarked anything in this repository, but the first thing that comes to mind is that as soon as I open the repository, I am bombarded with a huge README file. It is super hard for me to invest time reading, implementing, or even trying your platform without understanding what's happening. There are no diagrams, no images, nothing visual. I don't even know what I'll be having.
To be honest, I would normally make a competitor analysis for this one, but I genuinely don't feel that I should take it seriously and invest time before seeing anything proven from your side.
