We wanted a clean, pay-per-request protocol where agents can settle calls atomically via Bitcoin Lightning (L402), Solana (x402), or Base (MPP) with zero accounts or API keys.
2. *Context Bloat*: Loading a monolithic server with 50+ tools degrades LLM instruction-following and burns context tokens. We designed Diogenes around a *Hub-and-Spoke modular schema*: 5 scoped domain suites (7–9 tools each) so you only load what your session needs.
