Humans are the best endurance runners in the planet.
In warm climates humans win endurance run against every other animal. In colder climates humans and wolves are about equal, but humans could still win.

As the bear mused, crunching through a human thigh bone, if I hadn't caught this near monkey on the sprint, it might still be running away for days.
