I know submission statements are not recommended here, but this deserves one.
The reason I post this here is not to talk about politics per se. What is happening now is that European partners who already own these defensive weapons cannot get approval to transfer them to Ukraine, to save lives.
This is the most recent obvious breach of the transatlantic accord that has kept us making money and in relative peace for nearly a century.
This might be the final sign that the USA is not a reliable partner for any technology. The chatter in the EU is that all of the F-35 orders are now worthless. However, this thinking clearly goes beyond military tech, and applies to any tech.
This is bad for everyone aside from Russia and China in my decreasingly humble opinion.
