“Practical guidance for AuDHD-friendly interfaces that are easier to understand, use, pause, resume and correct for users and developers who face the combined challenges of Autism and ADHD.”

I don’t remember what I was doing… a lot. and I know a lot of other people with Autism Spectrum issues have the same problem. We often need context clues like breadcrumbs more than other people do.

This repo defines a couple of ways to build software that is specifically accessible for people like me who have the bizarre Autism + ADHD brain functions cocktail.

It includes an LLM skill for doing things like “run an AuDHD audit on this page of the dashboard” and “build an AuDHD-friendly UI for editing this config file.”

This is built on a system I’ve been using for the past year to help me build software and remember what the various parts do as I go, despite only being able to read maybe 3% of the code.

There is also a Discord set up for people to discuss AuDHD usability, linked from the README file. I would love to get input from other people with these issues, to improve the guide and skill.

Nice, what's your example website? I'd like to check if it really seems better
