Compares "murder convictions" ( not, total homicides ) to "total deaths while in ICE custody" ( not, people killed directly by ICE ).
Not a mathematically sound comparison.
A+ on the attractiveness of the headline however. It has that strong "i want to love it" or "i want to hate it" quality.
