I guess the purpose of this article is to share my findings on a suitable Richmond GTR197 replacement, using the GE-RCV1, which is significantly cheaper.
Credit is due to Richmond for actually using off-the-shelf parts rather than making custom parts that cost an arm and a leg. But on the other hand, they are not forthcoming about the GTR197 being the same as the GE-RCV1 (well, actually the the GE-RCV2 - the two relay version)
