I can't be the only person who runs more than one computer and has to do updates on both of them, which is so redundant. I run on Linux and so I made an app that is called twin-update. The best part about this is that when you use this app it will check safely your two machines, do the update, one password for all, and do the updates for you as well as create a safe rollback path. I set mine on a morning timer and it checks to see if any of my selected programs have pending updates, I can run the command in my terminal and have my coffee and be ready to work. If there is no update, there is no message waiting for me to remind me to run the command prompt. If I see that an update landed during the day, same prompt in the terminal will still run the update regardless of the morning timer. If my computer is off for whatever reason and doesn't get to run the timer check, as soon as I log in it fires and lets me know if there is anything waiting for me to update. This is a game changer for anyone who gets burned out on keeping all of their machines updated on a daily basis! Thanks for looking!
