Strange where we've ended up. If I cared enough, I'd ask an AI to read what an AI wrote to tell me what it's about. Machines are just writing for machines now.

I'm not sure I can even correctly characterize the shorter version a human should have written.
Best guess: "Here's how we ensure you aren't billed too much when your new cloud-server fails to start correctly."
