Don't they uh pay people for that?
I’ve seen this so many times before, in startups, and in enterprises. I want to be charitable to these feedback efforts, but my hot take is “we’re out of ideas, help please.” Always welcome and hopeful to be proven wrong.
I mean for a company whose entire business model is slurping up new information and monetizing it, asking the public for information is... odd
