Hey HN, I'm Domm, founder of Shov. I built a live indoor range with 12
full-auto pneumatic gun turrets (.68 cal, 16 rounds/sec each) that anyone
can control from a phone or browser — tap to slew the turret, tap to fire.
12 players per 90-second match, global leaderboard.
Been a really fun project with electrical, mechanical and software engineering (amongst everything else).
Everything is controlled thru a central AI harness, that powers turrets, cameras, lighting, industrial equipment (compressors, blowers etc...)
And tuning the turrets for accuracy of aiming was really challenging and such a hard/fun problem to solve
