Here's the big challenge:
"The 10-tonne dolly also eats into payload capacity—a non-starter for weight-sensitive loads."
Losing 20k lbs of trailer capacity completely changes the ROI. Only volume limited shipments would really benefit.
Additionally, these dollys have to be pre-positioned, and wait fully charged along the route, to enable the 5-min swap advertised.
