If enough toxic traffic flows through the IP ranges and ASN, the various un-regulated blacklist and block systems are going to take notice.
I work with people who run systems in the $5 and we'd be at a significant disadvantage if the routability dropped.
(its backed by Akamai btw. So in some senses, nobody can afford to block the entire AS, but they could be filtering at the IP/geo level)
