Google Engineers have confirmed an issue with Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). There is an issue with:
Network connectivity from newly created VMs to VMs in different regions VM to VM communication VM to VM communication over internal IPs
asia-east1 (active) europe-west4-b (active) us-central1 (active)
Is this why the HN search doesn't work? hn.algolia.com returns a 500.
