    so the robots will end up making things worse and it'll still require on site calls for maintenance. sounds like money well spent, mark.

      I've had situations where I wished there was a robot I could get to plug in a cable.

      The question with this and other efforts is: will this be used to enhance or maintain quality or will it be allowed to reduce costs and whatever quality level arises is the new acceptable?

      Robot pizza that made Michelin level pizza would be welcomed. If we're just supposed to eat whatever crap tier pizza the robot owner can manage, why would anyone bother?

    I hate to tell them, they don't need a $100k robot to power cycle a server: remote power resets are a common feature in enterprise PDUs.

    But if ya wanna robot to press a chassis button...
