The library looks great. What's missing is a data license. People usually don't have detailed boundaries of sub-country districts. My worry is that the project repackages commercial or licensed data. There are some public domain sources, some requiring attribution (like OpenStreetMap, WOE) I'm just surprised the sources aren't listed.
