Built this as a solo dev in the UK, because I know how many thousands of hours I've spent in an MMO, but have no idea about how much time I've spent coding or in the gym. Mostly I just wanted a good record of what I've been up to and a bit of extra motivation.
Skillorum is a time tracker with an RPG structure on top: you define your own skills, start a timer when you practise, and the session earns XP in that skill.
Unfortunately with only one link available and it being on two app stores I had to link the website (which gives both links), additionally it needs an account, so it's not completely frictionless.
The biggest feedback I've had is that the novelty of XP on its own wears off, motivation drops and people stop using it. I haven't really got a good solution, so if you have ideas about intrinsic vs extrinsic reward loops in this category (that doesn't cost me a fortune on an artist), I'd love to hear it.
I'd love any feedback, and am happy to answer anything about the build or design decisions.
