About a year ago I kept arguing with people that openai and anthropic (and others including Microsoft) revenue on all of this was going to be gigantic based on what I was seeing at a company buying tokens have having our customers buy tokens - and everyone in HN seemingly said it wasn't happening. Guess they were wrong.
"Anthropic is projecting 2028 revenue of roughly $190 billion to $200 billion"
A few months ago, people were decrying their May $47B MRR number as being gamed (up from $9B at end of 2025). That may be true but we're still seeing huge MoM gains and projections that they'll be held accountable to when then they go public.
