Good that we as a society are thinking along these lines. Financial autonomy will enable society to incentivize "AI" to create good and services. The free market will reward valuable goods and services, discourage bad products,l (a.k.a. "hallucinations ") and capital allocation will fund the "AI" that works, and extinguish the "AI" that doesn't, eliminating "paperclip maximizers". This could solve all of our "AI" difficulties.
