Like most of us here, I found myself repeating tasks and prompts over and over when coding with AI. Things started clicking when I shifted my mentality from: let's automate tasks to How can I eliminate myself from the boring tasks.

That's where Arness came to be. I decided to package it up in 3 Claude Code plugins, that can work together or in isolation and all share common artifacts when used together. Spark ( for greenfield, ideation and stress testing your business idea ), Code ( coding loops and workflows ) and Infra ( Terraform/K8s and CI ). You can install them independently if you need to.

What's different: I decided to cover the idea and infra something that is generally forgotten so it can help end to end for new or existing projects.

Under the hood there are 80+ skills and 40+ agents ( that I hope will be helpful to any of you ) , but to use it you just need to remember 4 main entry skills. And that basically drives my day to day now.

Also it adapts to your experience and complexity of the tasks hopefully making the process more digestible and cheaper.

The project is MIT and I'm really open to genuine questions and of course critiques.
