I don't have anyone writing scripts for me. I write new ones and have the AI implement solutions and documentation. Because it is fast and fairly accurate, I have the extra time to hunt bugs, perform exploratory testing, and build new tests.
I am always looking for ways to enhance my test development time. Recently I added POMless object location. I don't need to create a CSS or XPath descriptor for am "Add to Cart" object. It can locate objects by the text "Add to Cart" alone.
