Look nutjobs, public health officials (or at least the honest, non-Trump-appointed kind) take great pains to only advocate what they can support. But there is a lot in between "we have zero evidence" and "we have enough evidence to definitively support X".
Just because an official discussed stuff in that gap DOES NOT make them into some sort of conspiratorial boogeyman bent on killing pregnant mothers!
