The "ASCII" page in the Jargon File gives a few names for "-". It even says that the official ANSI/CCITT names are "hyphen" and "minus".

Dash
"Hyphen" in writing, "dash" or "tack" in command line
Minus is an option. Especially on numpad.
Minus
("-")
