The only difference between it and "AI-Free," "no-AI," "non-AI," and "not by AI" is that you're using more words to say exactly the same thing. 'zai' -. "zero AI" would be precisely the same.

AND, I'd argue that both 'pesticide-free' and 'zero-AI' are better specifically because they draw attention to the issues caused by pesticides and AI.
