Hi HN! I built Padmi because tech jobs are scattered across thousands of company ashby/workday/greenhouse/etc career pages, and I wanted to make it really easy to find and query over companies that are openly hiring.

Padmi poll ~15000 company hiring boards (either through their public API's, or through scraping them), and ensures listings are real and open (right now, this is around ~250k live technical roles). Every listing links straight to the company's actual application page.

You just type what you want and it gets decomposed into queryable filters. Example queries look like

    - "swe roles at healthcare/medtech companies with < 100 people"

    - "senior ml roles at big tech in ny"

    - "startups in sf"

    - "robotics companies" / "AI infrastructure" / "defense tech with < 50 people"

It's still very rough, missing a ton of jobs and companies (and the classification is in no way perfect). That being said, it is free with no login (so hopefully this helps some of you out)!
