    I am a developer and an aspiring Iron Man triathlete.

    I built this tool because I got frustrated with existing fitness apps (Strava, TrainingPeaks). They felt either too bloated with social features ("kudos", feeds) or like enterprise software from the 2000s.

    I wanted an "invisible app"—something that just tells me what to do tomorrow without making me scroll through a feed.

    What it does: - Takes your goal (e.g., Sub-5h Half Iron Man) and health status. - Generates a structured weekly plan using AI. - Syncs directly to your Google/Apple Calendar. (This is the main feature). - Sends a minimalist daily email with the workout details.

    It is currently an MVP built in a few weekends. The training logic is based on standard periodization principles.

    I’d love for you guys to roast the idea or the execution.
