I’ve been working on a side project where you can upload a photo of a model and it finds visually similar OnlyFans creators.
What surprised me is how different it feels compared to normal keyword search.
People often don’t know the name of a model — they just have a screenshot
from Twitter, Instagram or TikTok and want to find the person behind it.
The part I’m currently stuck on is how to make this scale nicely when you also
want to filter by things like country, price, or content type without making
the results slow or feel random.
If anyone here has worked on large-scale similarity search or image matching,
I’d love to hear what tradeoffs you ended up making or what worked well for you.
