I built a free calculator that estimates statutory minimum termination and severance pay in Canada.
It currently supports: - Ontario (ESA) - Federal (Canada Labour Code) - British Columbia
The tool intentionally does NOT calculate common-law reasonable notice and explains the difference clearly.
No ads, no tracking beyond basic analytics, and no lead capture. Feedback welcome.
