I've noticed a lot more products in store marketing their high-protein content the past few years, as opposed to low-fat or low-sugar. I'd bet this decision is caused by industry influence rather than any actual science.
Protein overconsumption makes people sick, which in turn creates more victims^Wpatients to "treat".

Good that we're assigning RFK as the actor, rather than distributing responsibility across "the US government" or something.
