On the pictures, the sound proofing of the ceiling caught fire quite quickly, my gut feeling is that a lot of tragedies like this could be avoided by having more strict regulations on the fireproofness of the used materials.
Extremely sad that this happened, especially on a holiday night. My condolences and may the injured recover soon.
