I work with legacy socket systems and couldn't find a modern GUI tool that handled framing and charset encoding well.
What it does:
- TCP/UDP with framing (length-prefix, delimiter, fixed-length)
- 30+ charset encodings (UTF-8, EUC-KR, Shift-JIS, etc.)
- Wireshark-style hex dump
- Save test cases in collections
- Built-in echo server
Built with Go + Wails. Runs on macOS/Windows/Linux.
