Related to a lot of the Flock and ALPR topic. This is a website I put together based on a Right to Know request (RTK - similar to FOIA)to Harrisburg City in Pennsylvania. Returned documents noted the locations of the cameras in the city and hinted and some other regional sharing agreements. I'm using this to bring attention and awareness to the fact that they're installed and plan to bring the discussion to our city council.
